Marketing Manager

About the role

VirtuHire is seeking a mid-to-senior Marketing Manager to own the marketing function and help grow our brand, online presence and client pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop marketing strategy while executing campaigns across digital, social, content, email and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and know how to use marketing to generate awareness, leads and new clients.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute VirtuHire's marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok presence.
• Improve the website with content, SEO and lead-generation opportunities.
• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns and email marketing.
• Create engaging content including written pieces and short-form video.
• Identify opportunities to generate new clients and inbound leads and explore podcast or other content options.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-growing B2B technology, recruitment or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Strong hands-on experience across social media, content and digital marketing including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok; plus Meta and Google Ads; email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills; ability to generate leads and support business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse results and optimise campaigns; commercially minded, proactive and independent. Advantageous: PR, podcasts, influencer marketing or AI tools.
