- Analyze political economy, regulatory baseline and fiscal implications to assess whether formalization pays off.
- Ensure ethical, risk sensitive data collection, anonymize sources, and apply data protection protocols for sensitive information.
- Coordinate mobility and data collection logistics, including securing documentation and interviews with support from Inkomoko as needed.
- Produce a final report with findings and practical recommendations for stakeholders.
