Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

Remote Recruitment is hiring for a Commercial Operations Manager for a UK business acquisition training company. The role owns the numbers between marketing and revenue and is measured on profit. It is fully remote from South Africa.

What you'll do

• Own the weekly commercial report including registrations, show rate, event and programme conversions, average order value and refunds.
• Monitor profit per campaign and per event, including cost per acquisition against revenue per client.
• Lead a small remote sales team, manage daily activity and pipeline discipline.
• Reactivate the existing member base into newer products and programmes.
• Design commission and bonus structures and oversee CRM and related reporting.

What they're looking for

• Two years or more in a coaching, training, events or membership business with hands on webinar to event to high ticket funnel experience.
• Evidence of being measured on money with numbers you can quote (margin, profit, revenue per lead or CAC).
• A documented example of taking a programme, business or person from standing start to real result, with figures to prove it.
• Experience managing sellers, enforcing daily numbers and building or fixing a commission structure.
• Experience owning a CRM end to end including reporting, for example GoHighLevel, Keap or HubSpot.
