B2C Luxury Travel Consultant - Madikwe Specialist

About the role

African Safari Group is a leading luxury travel company specialising in bespoke African safari experiences. We create highly personalised journeys for international travellers who value exceptional service and destination knowledge. ASG is expanding its Madikwe offering and seeks a passionate B2C Luxury Travel Consultant, Madikwe Specialist to own the client journey from enquiry to post-trip follow-up.

What you'll do

• Consult directly with clients from initial enquiry through to booking and post-trip follow-up.
• Design and sell tailor-made Madikwe safari itineraries, recommending lodges, room types and activities.
• Manage the client journey from enquiry to confirmed booking, including quotations and upsell opportunities.
• Present compelling itineraries and maintain strong client relationships for a highly personalised experience.
• Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to travel and keep CRM data up to date.

What they're looking for

• Minimum 1 year's proven direct B2C sales experience.
• Relevant safari experience with strong knowledge of Madikwe and its lodges.
• Experience selling or consulting on travel, safari or luxury experiences.
• Ability to consult with clients, identify needs and convert enquiries into sales; strong upsell and closing skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate client information; high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team and maintain excellent communication.
