Suno is building the world's first creative entertainment platform and a leader in AI music. This contract role will be the program's operational engine, building it from the ground up and running end to end through December. You will own the calendar, the cohort experience, speakers, events, and the details in between.
What you'll do
- Translate the program outline into a week by week curriculum, session formats and contest design.
- Build and manage the guest speaker pipeline with breakout creators and mentors.
- Stand up program infrastructure including Slack or Discord, calendar, tech setup and intake tracking.
- Support outreach and sourcing, manage invitations and the selection process.
- Run the biweekly programming cadence end to end: scheduling, coordination and production.
- Track program health and engagement, flag at risk members and deliver a post program retro.

- 3+ years running cohort based programs, creator or community programs, accelerators, fellowships or high touch events, ideally building one from scratch.
- You understand the creator economy and how nano and micro creators think about growth, money, brands and community.
- Strong operations discipline with calendars, run of shows, trackers and follow ups.
- Hospitality minded and strong experience design; you create belonging and make members feel the program is led by someone who understands them.
- Autonomous, communicative, reliable and able to create structure from ambiguity.
- Bonus: experience producing IRL events, familiarity with Suno or AI creative tools, existing relationships with breakout creators or creator communities.
