About the role
Suno is building the world's first creative entertainment platform powered by AI music. This role owns paid social motion design, turning brand motion into performance-native ad variants and creating original motion for 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 formats to stop the scroll and drive clicks. It is a hands-on craft role with rapid testing and iteration.
What you'll do
Rework the brand team's motion into performance-native ad variants for Meta and TikTok
Build original motion from scratch for paid: kinetic type, animated captions, logo, product, and UI motion
Design motion that carries the hook in the first second, even without live footage
Produce multiple iterations of winning concepts for continuous creative testing
Adapt motion across formats and placements (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) for Stories, Reels, and Feed
Bring original concepts and angles to the table, not just execute a board
What they're looking for
A strong portfolio of motion built for short-form video ads on Meta and/or TikTok or equivalent performance work
Senior-level command of After Effects plus Premiere and CapCut
A real grasp of direct-response creative: hooks, pacing, and why motion wins or loses
Proven ability to produce a high volume of variants at pace while maintaining quality
Proactive, self-directed working style and ability to contribute ideas without being asked
Comfort extending an existing brand system while building net-new motion for performance
