What you'll do
- Partner with the SVP of Field Engineering and leadership to define and execute scale, productivity and technical excellence strategies.
- Drive operating models for the organization, decide where to centralize versus push accountability to business units, and guide GTM product execution at scale.
- Lead cross-functional inspection cadences with Product, Sales, Operations and FE to quickly resolve issues such as pipeline and product gaps.
- Proactively surface and address gaps with regional and product teams to improve execution and shape PS and Enablement strategy.
- Ensure Professional Services and Enablement operations scale with AI and automation, enabling a builder-first culture.
- Provide leadership that maintains strong alignment across strategy, operations, product, sales and finance while driving data-driven decisions.
