About the role
Binance role supports the development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program. It owns the Anti-Financial Crime EWRA activities and related risk assessments, including applying AI tools while preserving auditability and methodological rigor.
What you'll do
Assist with development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program and AFC EWRA on at least an annual basis.
Lead risk assessment of additional Financial Crime segments not yet integrated into the AFC EWRA program, such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, and Market Abuse.
Liaise with Business Unit Compliance teams to participate in risk assessments of new, changing, or existing products and document control inventories.
Collaborate with Product, Local Entity Compliance, Central Compliance teams and others to ensure risk assessment methodology meets expectations and is well documented.
Embed AI-enabled techniques into EWRA workstreams with a human in the loop review to ensure outputs are validated and audit trailable.
Produce management information on Compliance Risk insights and monitor KRIs with clear recommendations when risk exceeds appetite.

Degree in business management, finance, or economics.
2+ years direct experience in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
5+ years as a compliance professional in a regulated financial services environment; crypto industry experience preferred.
Practical AI and GenAI literacy including prompt engineering, tool selection, output validation, and understanding of model limitations in a compliance context.
Familiarity with AI governance and Responsible AI principles and how they apply to risk assessment workflows.
Data literacy enough to interrogate and evidence AI-generated outputs before relying on risk assessments, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
