EMEA Energy Industry GTM Leader

About the role

Databricks is the Data and AI company. This role leads the energy industry go-to-market motion across the EMEA region, owning strategic GTM direction, executive engagement, and cross-functional execution with sales, marketing, and product teams.

What you'll do

• Lead AI vision-setting engagements with top energy accounts and advise executive teams on strategic adoption.
• Cultivate and maintain executive relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Steer the strategic and operational execution of energy GTM initiatives across EMEA, including oil and gas, power and utilities, renewables, and mining.
• Drive pipeline growth and accelerate customer adoption, with KPIs defined and refined based on data and field insights.
• Align cross-functionally with EMEA sales, field engineering, marketing, partnerships, and product teams to implement industry programs.

What they're looking for

• 10+ years of leadership experience in the energy sector, including at least 5 years in GTM, strategy, or business development within strategic consulting and product-led tech.
• Proven track record taking technology products to market with measurable commercial outcomes focused on the energy industry.
• Expert-level domain knowledge in subsurface intelligence, industrial AI, energy and commodity trading, or grid resilience.
• Strong understanding of the modern data and AI technology landscape and how it applies to energy sector use cases; familiarity with industry standards across the EMEA region.
• Exceptional ability to influence across functions, communicate complex concepts to executives, and lead in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
