Consultant - Managed Services

About the role

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven cloud software company focused on life sciences. This role is a Managed Services Consultant within the Professional Services Organization, providing post-implementation application consulting and technical administration for Veeva Commercial Solutions to pharmaceutical customers in China.

What you'll do

• Provide application expertise and act as a trusted advisor for Veeva solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into practical system solutions and configure changes.
• Assess requirements against product capabilities and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Provide best practice guidance and educate customers on effective use of Veeva solutions; troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues.
• Manage environment and ongoing BAU administration including user management, security, territory management, reporting and data loading.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance and customer experience through continuous improvement.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years IT industry experience.
• 3+ years software development experience with hands-on Python or Java.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience (requirements gathering, analysis, stakeholder communication).
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Nice to have: consulting or business analysis experience, Veeva CRM knowledge, life sciences familiarity.
