What you'll do

• Identify, visit, and onboard prospective merchants through field engagement and referrals.
• Educate business owners on Moniepoint's product suite and tailor solutions to their goals.
• Hit monthly targets for active merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, loan disbursements, and repayments.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding with KYC and adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage activity, high transaction volume, and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for queries and escalate issues as needed.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND from a recognised institution.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or payments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in merchant onboarding, field sales, or client acquisition.
• Deep understanding of the local financial services landscape and regional trading dynamics.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
